on His Big New Hollywood Plant.
CHARLIE CHAPLIN formally started the construction
of his motion picture plant last week, when without
ceremony and in the presence of a few members of his company
he plunged a shovel into the earth of his $30,000 plot
of ground in the heart of the beautiful Hollywood district, and
