„A good comedy can be repeated“
Editorial content. „Majestic Books Chaplin Reissue.
D. Leo Dennison, Detroit manager for the General Film Co.,
recently closed a deal whereby the four Chaplin reissues
will play first-run in Detroit at the Majestic Theatre. Charles Branham
signed the contract on behalf of the theatre. He played
the first reissue, A Night in the Show, for the week of February
23, and will play the others in the order of their release.
He contends that a good picture or a good comedy can be
repeated just like any good legitimate show.“
Majestic, 4120 Woodward Avenue, Detroit.
