& It was necessary for Charles Spencer Chaplin to visit
a health resort after he finished „Easy Street,“ owing
to the fact that a lamp-post fell on him while he was working
in that picture. Contrary to public opinion, Charlie
is not immune. However, he will call his newest film „Health
Resort,“ and it is hinted that Chaplin has an entirely
new angle on which to hang his humor.

The spirit of childhood, with all its transient sorrows,
is personified by Baby Marie Osborne in Told
at Twilight, the feature picture for this week at the Rialto,
Manhattan.“ (...)
„Charlie Chaplin in The Cure, his latest bit of expert
clowning, will be shown also. Under the direction
of Hugo Riesenfeld, the Rialto Orchestra will render the Jolly
Robbers overture, by Suppe, and as an added number
selections from San Toy. Mlle. Androva, soprano, will sing
an aria from Gounod‘s Queen of Sheba. The pictures
of the Salisbury expedition to the Spanish Main will show Rex
Beach and his fellow explorers capturing monster
crocodiles in Columbia.“
