to the presentation of motion picture plays is to be erected

on the site now occupied by Hammerstein‘s Victoria,

at Forty-second Street and Broadway. That is the promise of S. L. Rothapfel, late managing director of the Strand,

whose venture will bear the name of Rialto Theatre.“
