Bernard Granville, the twentieth century comedian,
who is making his last vaudeville tour, will
be seen at the Alhambra this week. Sharing headline honors
will be T. Roy Barnes and Bessie Crawford, Grace
De Mar has a new cycle of songs and several beautiful
gowns. The musical comedy stars, Gladys Clark
and Henry Bergman, are presenting Jesse Lasky‘s latest
production, The Secret Buds. Swor and Mack, the
well known song writers, will be seen in the season‘s funniest
singing and comedy act. Howard‘s novelty, a spectacular
exhibition of musical Shetlands and terriers; Ota-Gygi,
court-violinist to the King of Spain; Mlle. Ameta, Parisian mirror
and classic dancer; the Schmettans, in classic and
equilibristic feats, and a new Charles Chaplin film complete
the coming week‘s programme.

Claud and Fannie Usher will be seen in their latest sketch,
The Straight Path, a blend of comedy and pathos;
Harry Hines and George Fox appear in what they term
Songs and Sayings, Duffy and Lorenzo will present
a miniature musical comedy, Springtime, introducing patter
and song. Pipifax and Panio present Humstii-Bumpsti!;
a Charles Chaplin film; Adeline and Francis, the graphaphone
girl, and the Dancing La Vars.
