World premiere of Charles Chaplin‘s The Great Dictator
has been set for the Astor and Capitol Theaters,
Broadway, on Oct. 15, according to a joint announcement
yesterday by Nicholas M. Schenck, president of
Loew‘s, and Murray Silverstone, top executive of United
