million dollar Hollywood homes. Others include those of Chaplin

and Gloria Swanson. Time was when there was some

glamour connected with a star‘s name. Real estate agents say

that‘s past.

in United Artists after six months‘ negotiations.

them, in United Artists under a stock purchase and

Beverly Hills home, accounting for the smiles of all concerned.

The new partners were to meet with the board

of directors in New York later this week to elect officers.
