      Charlie Chaplin‘s comedy has been completed. Chaplin

now is cutting the footage down and composing

the musical score. Between these chores, the comedian

is mulling over a title or titles for the film, after having

called it „The Dictator,“ „Dictators“ and „The Great Dictator.“

costume, it‘s another proof that often the simplest clothes are the smartest. The deeply-hemmed, full skirt of white starched
