& „The Virginian,“ with Dustin Farnum
in the title rôle, will be the main film attraction at the Strand
Theatre this week. The story of the play is familiar
to almost every one. The play is in 400 scenes, and required
a cast of 500 players, and was produced by the
Jesse L. Lasky Feature Play Company. Specially adapted music
for the play will be rendered by the concert orchestra.
A new lot of pictures pertaining to the present European situation
will be shown, with other up-to-the-minute news pictures,
in the Topical Review.

will be seen at the Strand Theatre this week.
Mr. Farnum gained much of his popularity in this play, and
its reproduction on the screen by the Jesse
Lasky Company is considered one of the notable
