Charlie Chaplin‘s Burlesque on Carmen Scenes

& Charles Chaplin, realizing the scenario writers are failing

to cooperate with him, is arranging a series of

burlesques entirely unassisted. The first is a burlesque

on „Carmen“ in which the inimitable Charlie

appears as a toreador in the bull ring and the second

is a farce-burlesque of „Camille.“
