& THIEF TAKES PICTURES FROM LOBBY TWICE
According to Manager Callan of the Plaza Theatre,
Bridgeport, Conn., somebody in this city is very
much impressed with the charming pictures of Mabel Normand,
the Keystone star.
A large hand-painted photograph of Miss Normand was
recently taken from the lobby of the theatre. This
is the second time a picture of Miss Normand disappeared
from the front of the Plaza.

& Matt. Saunders, formerly in charge of a Wilkes-Barre theater,
has been transferred to the Plaza Theater, Bridgeport,
Conn., where he is making good with large bills of vaudeville
and pictures.

& Matt Saunders, formerly in charge of S. Z. Poli‘s Wilkesbarre,
Pa., theater, and also of the Poli Theater, New Haven,
Conn., is now in charge of Poli‘s new theater at Bridgeport,
Conn. This is somewhat in the nature of an honor
for Mr. Sauders, as Mr. Poli‘s Bridgeport theater is considered
the finest and most modern house on this circuit, with
a seating capacity of 3,300. The new Poli is doing capacity
business with vaudeville and picture programs. The
Plaza Theater, of Bridgeport, is now managed by Mr. H.
Reichenbach, as Mr. Saunders cared for this house
until recently.
