farce called The Wow Wows, or A Night in an English

Secret Society. Charles Chaplin, the inimitable ,souse,‘ is the

leading player and is supported by a cast of 15

capable comedians and charming Amy Minister. The farce

affords Chaplin scope for his portrayal of a ,soused‘

candidate being initiated into the mysteries of the secret
