Karno‘s London Comedians, featering Charles Chaplin,

offered The Wow Wows, and the comedy was the best part

of the act. The Karno turn closed the show and

held them in.“

new farce which heads the Empress theater bill this week and is presented by Fred Karno's London comedians, with Charles

Chaplin in the leading role. The plot centers about a stingy camper

on whom his fellows take revenge by initiating him into

an entirely new secret society, with much resultant hilarity. Tom Walker, Charles Cardon and Charles Griffiths are the new
