Editorial content. „,Something new‘ is the cry of the
theatregoing public, and the answer comes back that there
is nothing new under the sun. Yet Fred Karno‘s
comedians at the Empress this week disprove the answer
and fulfill the demand. The act is as unique as it
seems original. Imagine the heterogeneous gathering
of men and women in a rural clubhouse on the
