„Unique comedy act“

Editorial content. „It would seem hard to get together

a more varied and well balanced bill than that which is the

offering at the Empress this week. There is not a lagging

moment on the programme. Ranking close to the unique comedy

act, A Night in a London Club, comes a artistic little play

of human intererest, entitled The Value of a Dollar, played

by J. Frank Burke and company. The other acts rank

with the best in their line while several well rendered selections

by the Empress orchestra, and the photoplay complete

the programme.“
