On New Year‘s Eve Charlie Chaplin personally delivered
the completed print of his five-reel motion picture
production of The Kid to Sol Lesser, Western representative
for Associated First National Pictures, Inc.
The Kid is the result of Chaplin‘s undivided work for a period
of two years. It is said to be utterly unlike anything
he has ever done before.“
