Editorial content. „Release of The Kid Settled

      Chaplin‘s Special to Be in First National‘s ,Big Five‘

      DEFINITE information regarding the channel

of release of Charles Chaplin‘s much contested special, The

Kid, is forthcoming this week in the announcement

by Associated First National Pictures, Inc., that this feature

will form one of the series of super attractions which

that organization is to release as the ,Big Five.‘ There have

been many conjectures as to the final disposition

of the widely discussed picture and it has recently been

generally accepted in the industry that First National

had arranged for its release, but it was not until this week that

definite announcement of the fact was given out by that
