& The most important motion picture event of the week,
of course, is the coming of Charlie Chaplin‘s
latest comedy, „The Kid,“ to the Strand. Not only is it the first
new Chaplin to reach Broadway for more than a year,
but it is about the best of them all, as good as „Shoulder Arms“
in every way, and in some ways better.
