& Edward Biby, for the past two years with the Charlie
Chaplin company, in the capacity of casting director
and assistant studio manager, is to take up the acting end
of the game. Biby plays the heavy in the recent
Chaplin picture, „The Kid.“

& Robinson with Fairbanks – Douglas Fairbanks has
engaged Carlyle R. Robinson as manager of the
publicity and advertising departments of the Fairbanks
organization. Mr. Robinson is one of the best
known publicity writers in the country, having been exploiting
stars and productions for more than seven years.
During the past three years Robinson has been personal
representative of Charlie Chaplin, besides attending
to the publicity in connection with the Sydney Chaplin enterprises.
