You receive full value for your money before you leave
the Alhambra Theater, and the memory of your visit
will last for a long while. (...)
We should like to store the smiles, laughter and comments
we see and hear at the Alhambra, but we cannot find
a place big enough to keep them in; they‘ve spread all over the city.

„A character“
Editorial content. „The only playhouse in South Philadelphia
privileged to provide Paramount pictures is the
Alhambra. For the first three days of the coming week Dustin
Farnum appears in The Fighting Parson, and on
the same bill will be Charlie Chaplin, who seems to have
found a character, which fits him best of all of his
impersonations when he appears in his latest comedy,
The Pawn Shop.“
