& Motion Picture Editor: Does it often occur to people what

a debt of gratitude we owe to our entertainers? (...)

      I stopped one very hot day to make an inquiry of the Plaza

manager (I know it was the manager, because i have

seen his picture); he was terribly busy arranging arranging his

display, and in his mad career had fastened his unruly

locks back with a rubber band, but he took time to answer my

question, and to smile in the most engaging manner. (...)

       And, no reserving all the praise for the male contingent, let

me mention the nice young lady in the box office at

Crandall‘s. I don‘t suppose the one I talked with is there all

the time, but the one in mind has dark hair and eyes.

I stopped to make an inquiry, and she not only told me what

I wanted to know, but more than I asked, and was

so friendly about it that I felt welcome. (...)     Hinda Burke.
