The Chaplin legend is repeating itself and the comedian
has announced that he will launch his latest production,
The Great Dictator, in mid-September. Release will be through
United Artists, of which Chaplin is part-owner.“ (...)

hands of numerous territorial showmen, there is no record
extant of the gross financial returns of the Chaplin

the foreign market is cut off by war conditions, it is probable
that Dictator will soar into the higher gross regions
