Chaplin in Convict Role
Charlie Chaplin will next be seen as a bestriped convict
in „The Adventurer.“ The last few scenes of his
forthcoming picture are being „shot“ at Los Angeles. Many scenes
from The Adventurer were taken along the Sierra Madre,
coast range, where Chaplin, in the role of an escaped convict,
flees over the rocky coast pursued by armed guards,
of whom big Eric Campbell is the chief.
