„More then pay for the film comedian‘s salary“
Editorial content. „After seeing The Pawnshop, Chaplin‘s
new release, and with The Count still booking
heavily, a report has it Mutual took an option on Chaplin‘s
services for another year at the same salary
he is now receiving. The Chaplin contract is proving to be
exceedingly profitable for Mutual. The exclusive
rights sold so far over the world would more then pay for
the film comedian‘s salary.“
