Ragtime Band,“ Wilkes-Barre

      FRONT ON OPENING DAY. The entire facade

is of cast ceramic tile in buff with soft colored

inlays for ornamentation. The theatre name is recessed into

the tower with Neon lettering. Structure faces on

Public Square, Wilkes Barre, Pa.
