Gets Into Home As Paperhanger‘s Assistant

And They Do Wreck The Place.

First of the new series of Essanay-Chaplin comedies

is „Work,“ which will be seen here this week.

Chaplin has been working almost day and night at

Los Angeles in order to get enough plays ahead

so that the releases could be made regularly.

,I never have worked so hard in my life to make laughs,‘

said Mr. Charles Chaplin. ,And yet I thoroughly

enjoy the work of making pictures. It gives me appetite

and I never have felt better in my life. I am now

well starred so that we will have no difficulty in keeping

ahead of the release dates.“ (...)

Work is released by Essanay June 21, 1915.
