He is shown in the role of Napoleon as he appeared
at a costume ball held in Los Angeles, Calif., before he went
east. The photo has just been made public.

nearing completion. The comedian is reported to have taken
400,000 feet of film at the Chaplin studio in Hollywood.
Merna Kennedy is the leading lady for the star who returns
in „The Circus“ to his earlier comedy style.

to retire, as printed in a London paper. Following
completion of „The Circus,“ he plans to spend six-months‘
vacation in Europe. Upon his return, he may make
a picture based upon the life of Napoleon.
